Recruitment completed: 2 forklift operators, 2 warehouse material handlers, 1 warehouse administrator, 4 machine operators, 2 controllers.
All newly hired employees were offered indefinite-term contracts in accordance with the requirements of the grant announcement. During the selection and hiring process, we collaborated closely with the Employment Department of the Bács-Kiskun County District Office. The employment of the 11 new staff members is documented in Professional Report No. 1.
The recruitment strengthened our available human resources, enabling the company to expand its market reach, increase capacity, and ensure that orders are completed on time and with the required quality. The investment has contributed to revenue growth, stabilizing our financial situation and supporting the realization of future plans.
